Industry FRP GRP tail gas absorption tower

Chemical industry applied FRP GRP tail gas absorption tower, acid mist absorption tower is very similar in this filed, it’s the common equipment for the tail gas treatment, usually have sprayer absorption, film filling absorption. This type tower also called acid mist purification tower, acid mist absorption tower, waste tail gas absorption tower and FRP GRP acid mist purification tower.

The characteristics have more ranges application, high purification efficiency, lower equipment resistance, and small land uses.Usually can treatment the waste tail gas have HCL gas, HF gas, acid mist(H2SO4), H2S, NH3, hydrochloric acid or more water solution gas.

This type tower choose sodium hydroxide as absorption neutralization solution, the purification efficiency can be reach to above 95%-98%.

The filling is the core of the tower, it provide the contact face for the tails gas and liquid, to improve the treatment effect.The common filling have saddle ring, rasching ring, etc.
